All sessions are guided online, supporting you in the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Breathe. Release. Realign. Return to your inner smile.

You already carry the wisdom to heal.

Tapping and Yoga Nidra help you come back to it.

And in this way, you also come back to your inimitable self.

TFT and EFT are commonly known as tapping. By tapping with the fingertips on specific acupressure points on the face, head, upper body, and hands ~ this sends calming signals to the brain, helping to release many types of emotional blocks.  I include a core range of techniques to facilitate the body in releasing stuck energy. Simple, effective, empowering, and smile-making.

If you know you're ready to release known or unknown anxieties, traumas, limiting beliefs, and fears, or are longing to feel more grounded and free from stress, tapping is a doorway to that deep healing, clarity, and self-trust.  It can give you access to feeling lighter within yourself  ~ and typically within one session, with relief often felt within just minutes.

You are welcome to make appointments with me whenever you feel guided to. Taking responsibility for our own wellbeing ~ and learning to trust our inner wisdom ~ is such a vital part of personal growth. For this reason, I encourage you to listen to yourself and let your own sense of timing lead the way.

Initially, I suggest starting with between one and three sessions. After your first session, you’ll get a natural sense of how many more feels right for you. My intention is to share lifelong tapping tools that empower you to practise on your own whenever you wish, while also knowing that guided support is always here whenever you’d like it ~ the choice is always yours.

New client sessions are 90 minutes.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) & TFT (Thought Field Therapy) for inner freedom

These sessions can be either 60, 90, or 120 minutes, depending on your requirements.  After your first session, you will know which session length you would like.

For deeper work, such as processing complex trauma, 90 - 120 minute sessions are recommended, as this allows for more spaciousness and support. Some sessions may naturally extend beyond the chosen timeframe, especially when multiple themes or deeper layers are present. If this arises, we may choose to continue a little longer on the day ~ if that feels right for both of us ~ or schedule an additional session or sessions to move forward at a continued supportive pace.

During these returning sessions, you'll have the opportunity to learn a simple, empowering self-guided tapping routine that you can use at home ~ a lifelong tool for gently releasing old patterns and responding to new challenges as they arise. This helps build self-agency, and gives you the freedom to choose when to practice independently and when to weave in support from a practitioner.

And should time allow, towards the end of the these sessions, you’ll also be invited to rest into an optional integrative mini Yoga Nidra meditation.

Fully Guided Meditation, while you lie down in cosy comfort and warmth

Yoga Nidra meditation is an ancient practice that invites the body to rest deeply, while the mind remains gently aware. Known in modern neuroscience as NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), and in other fields known as MABA (mind awake body asleep), this practice supports profound relaxation and inner restoration.

During a calm and intuitively structured journey through your being ~ typically including breath awareness, Sankalpa connection, body scanning, and visualisation ~ you are gently guided into a deeply restful state of peaceful stillness.

NSDR~Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down, in any fully supported reclined position that feels cosy and warm. The foundation of this meditation is comfort ~ creating a space where your body can completely let go. And so, enjoying being nestled into cushions or pillows, and snuggled under a soft blanket are standard, though you’re welcome to add as many comforts as you like to create your own nidra nest.’

In this nurturing space, the nervous system can gently soften and reset, and your brain activity can begin to transition from beta through to the alpha, theta, and delta brain wave states, allowing the body and mind to truly rest and begin restoring themselves at a deep cellular level.

Many people notice positive shifts after just one session. Yet it’s the consistent, cumulative nature of regular practice that allows true transformation to unfold and be sustained.  To support this, I offer two types of series, in which all sessions are to be enjoyed within 8 weeks of your first:

9 x 1 hour one-to-one sessions. Choose your rhythm ~ once, twice, or three times a week.

&

8 x group sessions, between 45 and 60 minutes once or twice a week.

Perhaps you are a group of friends or colleagues who would like to cultivate a regular practice together ~ in the discovery call we can discuss group size and arrange times together.

Let’s meet human to human

In a world where we’re lucky to enjoy so much that can now be automated, there’s still something deeply valuable, and vital, about being met, seen, heard, and gently listened to by another human being. Person to person.

This free 20-minute Discovery Call is a peaceful space for us to connect ~ for you to ask your questions, share where you’re at, and for us to gently explore together whether my offerings feel like the right support for you.

Wednesdays between 10:00 - 12:50 and 14:00 -16:00 (UK time).
