I am a somatic practitioner offering Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Thought Field Therapy (TFT), NSDR–Yoga Nidra Meditation, and Breathwork.

• Discovery Calls and Bookings: basic contact details provided through Tidycal, Zoom, or Whereby.

• Session Records: minimal notes kept for support in your sessions which you may have full access to - just email me

• Payments: handled securely via trusted third-party providers (PayPal, SumUp, or bank transfer). I do not personally store your payment card details.

• Cookies/Analytics: Wix automatically collects cookies and analytics data.

• To arrange and deliver discovery calls and sessions.

4. Confidentiality and Safeguarding

Everything you share with me ~ through email, discovery calls, and during sessions ~ is treated as private and confidential.  Exceptions apply if there is a clear safeguarding concern, such as:
 

• Risk of harm to yourself or others.

• Risk to a child, vulnerable adult, or animal.

• Legal obligations requiring disclosure.

If disclosure is ever necessary, I will aim to discuss this with you first whenever possible.
 

I am fully DBS-checked (standard and enhanced), ensuring sessions are conducted with the highest safeguarding standards and reflecting my commitment to your safety, privacy, and well-being.

5. Professional Boundaries

Our relationship is a professional client–practitioner relationship. This means:

• If we see each other outside of a session, I will not acknowledge you unless you choose to do so first. To further support mutual discretion and respect, any conversation about session-related matters will be arranged at an agreed time (as outlined in the signed Consent & Waiver), rather than addressed spontaneously. This helps protect both your privacy and our professional and personal boundaries.
