Whether your session is with me, self-directed, or even with someone else, I offer these How-to resources for you as a lifetime support for your comfort and ease. Here you’ll find guidance for both before and after your sessions.
In both TFT/EFT tapping and NSDR ~ Yoga Nidra, being as physically comfortable as possible plays a foundational role.
When the body is fully supported and comfortable, a ripple of relaxation gently flows into our breathing, our nervous system, our body, and our mind, which facilitates easier release and connection to self.
